Biography
Artist and filmmaker. Directorial credits include Orpheus and Eurydice (2000) and Dolores the Tattoo Lady (2006).
Since 1993 Young has consulted top luxury brands for store design, marketing aesthetics, illustration and product presentation. Young is responsible for the global design of all window displays, events, product launches and product presentation for legendary jewelry, Harry Winston. Additional clients include Assouline Publications, Bergdorf Goodman, Burberry, Hermes, Van Cleef and Arpels, Vera Wang, Versace, and The Whitney Museum of American Art. Young has been featured in many publications and broadcasts including The New York Times, Town and Country, W Magazine, Women's Wear Daily, New York Magazine, The Oxygen Network, National Public Radio and Good Day New York.
In 2000, Salma Hayek hired Young to serve as her personal painting coach for her role as Frida Kahlo in the Miramax film Frida.
