Sunniva Bodvin is from a small island in the Oslofiord of Norway, and came to NYC to get her MFA in theatre design. Before coming to NYU she received her BFA ( Cand. Mag.) at the University of Bergen, Norway, in theatre, art history and Italian literature and language. She also worked for two years as an assistant to set and costume designers Ingeborg Kvamme and Aase Hegrenes at several major theater productions in Norway.
She loves the intensity of the living stage and enjoys collaborating with other artists. She is looking forward to working with theatre, opera, dance and film; both in Norway and internationally.
