Lighting classes involve theoretical and practical training emphasizing text analysis, concept development, collaboration with other designers, and technical knowledge through studio and practical projects. Our light lab provides an excellent opportunity for the faculty to work closely with students enabling them to gain ample hands-on experience. Students are introduced to a variety of equipment and industry resources through equipment demonstrations (Vari-light, etc) and visits to shops and studios.
