Welcome to the Department of Design for Stage and Film web gallery. On behalf of the faculty, staff and graduates, we are pleased to offer you this opportunity to view the work of the graduating class. While they graduated as a class, this multi-talented group of set, costume, lighting and film designers each possess their own individual voice as an artist. Their work ranges from Ibsen to Shepard, from the Greeks to the 21st century and from hip hop to opera. Designers are storytellers; while you are only seeing a small sampling of work from each of these artists it is our hope that it will convey to you their abilities to be thought-provoking, beautiful, silly, sly, fantastical, intellectual, and humorous.
